Engineering-first sourcing partner

Your Technical Partner for
CNC & Injection Molding in Asia

I help Western hardware teams build reliable CNC and injection molding supply chains in Asia. 10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, based on the ground in Vietnam – so your production runs on time and within tolerance.

FEATURED CASE STUDY

On-Site Technical Vetting

Most sourcing fails when assumptions turn into expensive mistakes. I physically inspect tooling and factory QC processes to verify they match your spec — from the CAD model to the final production run.

  • Physical inspection of tooling and machines
  • Verification of factory QC documentation and ISO compliance
  • Available as a premium on-demand add-on

Result:

Fewer surprises at PPAP and a clear go/no-go decision before full production.

Zero-Lag Communication

I understand that manufacturing doesn’t sleep. I stay in touch with my clients nearly 24/7 across EU and AU time zones. If you have a question or a production emergency, you get a response, not a ticket number.

Engineering DNA

Fluent in DWG, GD&T, and tooling design. I don't just source parts — I spot production issues before they happen.

Radical Transparency & Reporting

For long-term projects, I provide frequent, structured updates (weekly or bi-weekly depending on project pace). You get photos, measurement data, and honest status reports — good or bad — so you are never left guessing.

I

"Finding a factory is easy. Finding a factory that can actually make your product consistently is where a technical partner becomes mandatory."

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, absolutely. I sign NDAs before reviewing any sensitive drawings or proprietary information. Your intellectual property is protected.

How do you price your services?

Pricing is value-based and depends on project scope. The free manufacturability review is exactly that — free. For deeper projects (supplier vetting, on-site audits, fractional partnerships), I provide clear proposals with fixed deliverables and transparent pricing.

Do I own the factory relationships, or do you?

You own the relationships. My job is to introduce you to the right partners and facilitate smooth communication. Once you're set up, you can work directly with the factory or keep me involved for ongoing oversight — it's your choice.

What are typical timelines for CNC and molding projects?

Timelines vary by complexity. CNC parts can often be sampled within 2–3 weeks. Injection mold builds typically take 4–8 weeks for simple molds, and longer for complex multi-cavity tools. I'll give you realistic expectations based on your specific project.

What if I already have a supplier but I'm having issues?

That's a common scenario. I can act as a technical bridge to diagnose and resolve issues with your existing supplier, or help you find a better alternative if needed. Many clients come to me after quality or communication problems surface.
